How to use

- Prepare the skin. Clean and dry a hair-free area, avoid lotions, creams, oils, or alcohol-based products.
- Apply the patch. Peel from the backing, press firmly, smooth the edges.
- Wear time. Wear for up to 24 hours, rotate application sites.
- Placement areas. Upper arm, shoulder, or lower back.
- Removal. Peel gently, wash any residue with warm water and mild soap or baby oil.
