How long can I wear a patch for?
We suggest leaving your BonPatch vitamins on for up to 24 hours.
For our CLARITY and VITALITY patches, we recommend applying these upon waking, and removing at the end of your day.
For our RELAX and SLEEP patches, we recommend applying these 10-15 minutes before bed, and removing when you wake. RELAX can also be worn throughout the day.
Are the patches waterproof?

Where do you recommend sticking my patch?
Peel and stick a patch to clean, dry, and hair-free skin (such as your wrist, torso, bicep, shoulder, back, or ankle).
Where are BonPatch patches made?
BonPatch vitamin patches are made in the UK, and the BonPatch brand is completely Australian owned. Our patches feature high concentrations of plant-based ingredients.
How long does it take for the patch to work?
After applying the patch, your body's warmth triggers a pressure differential, initiating the swift flow of nutrients, instantly beginning the absorption process.
Why aren't the patches sticking to my skin?
The issue of patches not adhering to the skin often occurs due to the backing paper coming off along with them. Ensure the underside is glossy, not matte.
To separate the patch from the backing paper, gently rub the edge (not the corner) with the pad of your finger or thumb. If the backing paper sticks to the patch, attempt peeling from a different edge.
What is the shelf life of BonPatch?
The expiry date for your BonPatch products can be found clearly on the back of your pack. We also suggest that you keep the patches away from direct sunlight and extended periods of above room temperature.
Is it safe to wear multiple patches?
Certainly, you can wear multiple patches at once! We're always curious to know which BonPatch vitamin combinations customers are loving! Although we might suggest avoiding pairing SLEEP with VITALITY (dah!) however ultimately, the choice is yours!
What if the patches irritate my skin?
For those with sensitive skin, it’s advisable to regularly change the patch placement to prevent any potential skin irritation.
However, should BonPatch patches not agree with you personally, we suggest consulting your healthcare professional before use.
Can I use BonPatch while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Do not use if currently pregnant, breastfeeding or wanting to become pregnant. We recommend you should always consult with your doctor or medical professional before taking any supplement when pregnant.
How old do you need to be to use BonPatch?
BonPatch recommend products for ages 16+
Are BonPatch patches latex free?
Absolutely! Ensuring our patches are latex-free is just the beginning. They are also crafted to be gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and have never been tested on animals.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
